Winemaking notes
The wine is vinified in demi-muids, allowing precise control and subtle oak integration. It is then aged for approximately 6 months, with 50% in demi-muids and 50% in concrete egg vats, preserving aromatic purity while enhancing texture and complexity.
Viticultural notes
This wine is made from Marsanne and Roussanne vines with an average age of 20 years, located in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The blend comes from two complementary terroirs combining granite slopes and stony plains, providing a balance between finesse, freshness and structure.
Tasting notes
The wine shows a bright pale yellow color and opens with a delicate floral nose marked by white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, complemented by subtle toasted notes from oak aging. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, well-balanced between roundness and freshness, with strong aromatic intensity and a long, elegant finish.
Pairing notes
This wine pairs well with grilled fish, seafood and white meats, especially poultry, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. It is best served at around 12°C and should be enjoyed within 3 to 5 years.
