Winemaking notes
Brief pre-fermentative extraction of the marc with the grape must. Static racking after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, at low temperatures. Maturation for 2 months in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels with its fine lees
Tasting notes
This wine shows a straw-yellow colour and opens with aromas of stone fruits, melon, mandarin, and geranium, complemented by a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is elegant, with pronounced acidity balanced by a generous body and a lingering fruity aftertaste.
