Viticultural notes
Planted on the seaside cliffs of the La Clape massif, the vines, arranged in islets surrounded by garrigue and woodland, look out over the sea, from which they receive the salutary breezes. Formerly owned by the Viscountess of Narbonne in the 15th century, the estate has belonged to Jacques Boscary since 1970, who now heads a 50-hectare vineyard.
Tasting notes
Nearly 70% Bourboulenc, the iconic grape variety for which La Clape white wines are renowned. A rich nose with mixed notes of white and exotic fruits. Round on the palate, with freshness and acidity, and long-lasting flavors. This new vintage is characterized by its minerality and aromas of garrigue...
Pairing notes
This wine goes perfectly with : Aperitif / Seafood, shellfish.
