CRAFTING CONSISTENCY

Crafting good value California Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in a style and at a quality level that satisfies many tastes is one of the hardest things to do each year. Each year the goal is to deliver the consistency of great products.

THE RIGHT SOURCE

Rickshaw's Pinot is sourced from a variety of coastal cool-climate vineyards with a large percentage coming from the Sonoma Coast. The wine is fermented in small open top vessels and aged in a combination of stainless steel and French Oak barrels.

THE ART OF BLENDING

In the case of their Cabernet Sauvignon, true artistry and skill takes place during the blending process. Sometimes they weave together as many as two dozen different lots selected for cooperage, oak age, vineyards, and vineyard blocks.
