Logo of the brand Two Rivers for Authentic Wines & Spirits

Two Rivers takes its name from the iconic Wairau and Awatere rivers of Marlborough. This is where founder and winemaker David Clouston grow up, surrounded by these rivers, playing and then working amongst the vines in a fifth generation Marlborough farming family. David fell in love with his craft by osmosis, realising early on how special this place was, unlike any other wine growing region or terroir.

ISLE OF BEAUTY ROSÉ

David spent three vintages on the French island of Corsica, where he became passionate about pure, vibrant and dry rosé wines. Today his Two Rivers Isle of Beauty Rosé, named as a tribute to the island, is championing rosés around the world.

ORGANIC CONVERSION

ORGANIC CONVERSION

In 2020 Two Rivers embarked on the organic conversion of their Brookby Hill Vineyard. Treading lightly on the land, increasing biodiversity and respecting the soil means that no synthetic chemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides are used.

AN ASSORTMENT OF VESSELS

Two Rivers winemaking techniques include natural fermentation, aging in concrete egg tanks, clay amphoras and an assortment of French oak cuves and barrels, as well as bottling wine unfined and unfiltered to retain complexity and texture.
