Winemaking notes

This organic Chardonnay is 50 % hand picked and 50 % mechanially picked from the diverse estates. Aged 6 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks.

Viticultural notes

Cool climate coastal vineyards sourced from the diverse estates of (Chimbarango, Curico, Maule and San Antonio) that offer unique and enhancing complexities to the wine. Soils vary but they are mostly alluvial, gravel, red clay and mineral.

Tasting notes

This bright and clean Chardonnay made from organically grown grapes has a beautiful young greenish-yellow coloring. On the nose notes of grapefruit, lime, orange blossom, pineapple, pear and quince can be found. On the palate it is round and fresh, with nice acidity and mineral tones.

Pairing notes

Pairs best with seafood, white meats, nuts, butter and cream sauces and cheeses.
