        This organic 100 % Pinot Noir is hand picked.  Sourced from the diverse estates in (Santa Ellsa Estate and Campo Lindo) that offer unique and enhancing complexities.  70 % of the wine is aged in barrels and 30 % in stainless steel for a combination of 8 months.
        
            Viticultural notes
        
        
        This Pinot Noir, made from organically grown grapes certified by the ECOCERT.  Sourced from diverse estates in this Medierranean climate which is mild with cool nights and foggy mornings found in (Santa Ellsa Estate and Campo Lindo) that offer unique and enhancing complexities.  Soils vary but they are mostly alluvial, gravel, red clay and mineral.
        
            Tasting notes
        
        
        Rich, deep red color, this wine has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas.  Notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This wine definitely has a personality of its own with soft tannins and an excellent structure.
