Winemaking notes

We are a traditional Speyside distillery owned by a family of whisky-lovers intent on making single malt the right way with true character. Only ever matured in the finest oak casks, and lightly peated in the traditional way.

Rich stewed fruit aromas with smooth dark chocolate and autumnal spices, followed by a touch of soft smoke.
