Selection of estate grown Roditis grapes from Roxanne Matsa’s vineyard in Attica. Hand picking on the coolest times of the day, chilling of incoming grapes, followed by hand sorting in the winery. Low intervention white vinification scheme. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, gentle filtering and bottling.

The vines, with an average age of 24 years, are planted in medium-textured marl soil (clay loam), which is rich in calcium, potassium, and magnesium. This unique combination contributes to the character and quality of the wine.

With its brilliant, crystalline golden yellow color, this wine reveals a refined character evoking aromas of flowers such as lemon blossom and jasmine, mixed with notes of honey and fruits such as apricot, peach and orange zest. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh with pleasant acidity, perfectly balanced, and offers a long, aromatic finish.

It goes perfectly with salads, spicy pies, grilled fish, seafood, poultry and pasta in white sauce, making it the ideal companion for Mediterranean cuisine.
