Made from early harvested with cold skin maceration for 6 hours. A small portion is also obtained by the process of “bleeding” which separates part of the red grapes must destined for red fermentation. Fermentation at 12°C to conserve fresh aromatics.

The organic vines are grown in the foothills of the magnificent mountains of the Belice Valley, in the western part of Sicily, more precisely in the Gibellina hills at 200-300m above sea level.

The combination of nero d'avola and syrah creates a modern, fresh and balanced wine. Delicious strawberry notes stand out. Structured, elegant and fruity.
