No Compromise, Nerello Mascalese 2022

Special attention to the extraction technique (maceration and pressing) that does not lead to the total extraction of the phenolic structure present, but only to the most noble. All this is aimed at pursuing wines that are immediately soft and sweet without the addition of sugar: these wines do not have to pay the price of either long aging or oenological alchemy.

In the winery we are committed to not destroying what nature has given us": this is how NO COMPROMISE wines are born. The philosophy of the NO COMPROMISE wine line is very clear: human intervention in the vineyard and in the cellar must be as little invasive as possible. We use only our own grapes in a suitable area, we do not 'build' wines in the cellar but make a wine 100% of the territory. This is possible through a selection of the most suitable vineyards and production areas, to produce these grapes at zero chemistry: the result is that a very high degree of ripeness and softness is achieved.

In the sandy soils of western Sicily we produce Nerello Mascalese, a typical red wine with a characteristic red color tending to garnet. Intense aroma with hints of wild berries and spicy notes. On the palate the wine is elegance, good structure and excellent harmony.
