Tasting notes
Chenin Blanc is the most popular grape variety in South Africa and the emblematic white of Cape Town. This fresh, then easy-drinking version comes alive with a full, rich mouthfeel, complemented by a hint of citrus and minerality. With great aging potential, this wine offers vibrant flavors of honeyed pear, apple and tropical fruit.
Pairing notes
Goes very well with shelfish, spicy food, lean fish and with mild cheese.
