Sustainable cultivation and fermentation in stainless steel. Aging on lees in vats for 5 months with occasional stirring; small portion (1%) of whole bunches pressed directly into 300-litre French oak barrels, where they fermented naturally; aging on lees for 5 months.

Vines aged 5 to 35+ years Table Mountain sandstone soil, decomposed dolomitic granite, shale, Karoo red clay.

This fresh, then easy-drinking version comes alive with a full, rich mouthfeel, complemented by a hint of citrus and minerality. With great aging potential, this wine offers vibrant flavors of honeyed pear, apple and tropical fruit.

Goes very well with shelfish, spicy food, lean fish and with mild cheese.
