Very complex aroma, with prominent spices such as pepper, balsamic notes, cedar and tobacco box, red fruits such as ripe plum, slate and well integrated high quality wood. It has vibrant acidity on the palate, very lively, very firm tannins, hints of spice, dark fruit and balsamic flavors. The finish is extremely long, of great elegance and complexity.

It is advisable to enjoy it calmly, accompanied by more elaborate meats, game and even certain cheeses, with exquisite and well-integrated flavors.
