Winemaking notes

The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Classic red wine vinification with approx. 6-8 day extraction under controlled conditions. Malolactic fermentation follows.

Viticultural notes

Sub-mountainous zones of Peloponnese altitude 350 - 700 meters. Harvesting mid - late September

Tasting notes

Red colour of good intensity. Bouquet of red fruit and jam. Balanced flavour with velvety tannins that render structure and nerve. Pleasant, fruity finish.
