        The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Classic red wine vinification with approx. 6-8 day extraction under controlled conditions. Malolactic fermentation follows.

        Red colour of good intensity. Bouquet of red fruit and jam. Balanced flavour with velvety tannins that render structure and nerve. Pleasant, fruity finish.
