Reserva Especial Cabernet Sauvignon

Handpicked from Mid-March, and vinified at the Santa Elisa estate in Chimbarongo. After fermentation the wine is aged for 13 months in French oak ,a small portion if the barrels new.

From the El Encanto estate in Valle de Aconcagua, a hillside vineyard with gravelly soil. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon with the remainder other French varieties to add complexity.

This elegant and robust Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Aconcagua valley. It displays an intense nose of ripe fruit like strawberries and plums, with final touches of sweet spices. In mouth, this wine is fruity, sophisticated and rich, with blackberry and juicy plum, together with harmoniously integrated touches of toasted oak.

Pairs well with grilled red meat, smoked beef as well as pasta salads, spinach and tomatoes.
