Winemaking notes
Made at Santa Elisa estate in Chimbarongo. Aged 20% in older French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel for 6 months.
Viticultural notes
El Centinela estate, Block No.5 Quebrada Alta. Red Clay soils with high mineral content. Centinela is one of the coolest areas in Casablanca, with cool nights and foggy mornings.
Tasting notes
A bright, young greenish yellow Chardonnay with good aromatic intensity boasts citric notes such as grapefruit and lime as well as pineapple and white flowers. On the palate it is concentrated, freash, smooth and well balalnced with persistent acidity and mineral and saline hints.
Pairing notes
Pairs best with seafood, fish, white meats, cheeses, pastas, nuts and salads.
