This Pinot Noir is carefully crafted from grapes selected within a single vineyard. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and fruity aromas. Partial aging in oak barrels adds subtle roundness without overshadowing the pure fruit expression.

Grapes come from a single vineyard in the Casablanca Valley, known for its cool, maritime climate. Sandy and clay-limestone soils, combined with sustainable viticulture, support slow ripening, ensuring balanced and expressive fruit.

The wine shows a bright ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of cherry, raspberry, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with soft tannins. The finish is elegant and fruity, marked by a lively acidity that enhances its freshness.
