Atmosphère Extra Brut Rosé 2021

The base wine is vinified as a rosé from direct pressing, then bottled to follow a second alcoholic fermentation or fermentation. This is done by adding grape juice kept cool since the harvest.

To the eye: A pink dress, tender and elegant. A fine and regular effervescence. On the nose: The delicate nose is marked by notes of apricot, citrus and red fruits.
