BY OTT, a cuvée born from the will of the OTT Family, produced according to traditional winemaking processes and the specifications of the OTT family.

Inland, on the heights of limestone hills, the vineyard benefits from generous sunshine. The proportion of pebbles in the soil is 40 to 50%, so it is an arid land which, despite the presence in small quantities of very fertile clays, offers low yields.

A crystalline pale pink color with orange reflections. Fine and fruity nose with notes of white peach and apricot, mixed with passion fruit and mango. Fresh and crunchy mouth with a nice amplitude, we find the fruity characters with in addition the citrus zest and the sweet spices (cinnamon, cardamom). The great tradition of Domaines Ott* rosés at the service of a jovial and elegant wine.

Remarkable pairing with scallops, salmon marinated in dill, sweet and sour pork. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
