Winemaking notes
By Ott 2024 originates from the continental and maritime terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation, where the Mediterranean influence meets inland freshness. The grapes are organically grown, sourced both from the estate’s own vineyards and carefully selected partner growers. The 2024 vintage benefited from a mild, rainy spring without excess, followed by a warm, dry summer moderated by cool nighttime temperatures.
Viticultural notes
The grapes are vinified and blended at the estate, ensuring full control over every stage of production. The approach focuses on preserving aromatic purity, freshness, and elegance, in line with the house’s stylistic identity. Careful temperature management during fermentation and precise blending highlight the fruit expression of Grenache and the freshness of Cinsault, while Syrah and Mourvèdre contribute depth and structure. The objective is to craft a wine that offers immediate pleasure while maintaining tension and refinement.
Tasting notes
The wine displays a luminous peach hue, bright and refined. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of ripe yellow fruits with a subtle exotic nuance. On the palate, the attack is fresh and supple, supported by an elegant mineral backbone. The finish is delicately tangy, enhancing the wine’s sense of precision and energy.
Pairing notes
Serve ideally between 8–10°C to preserve aromatic freshness and mineral tension. By Ott 2024 pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine, grilled fish, seafood, summer salads, ceviche, roasted vegetables, or lightly spiced Asian dishes. Its supple texture and vibrant finish also make it an excellent aperitif wine.
