Winemaking notes
This Crozes-Hermitage undergoes a short, low-temperature fermentation to highlight its fresh, fruity character. Gentle extraction is achieved through full destemming and submerged cap maceration. A 15-day vatting period followed by aging in concrete tanks allows the Syrah to fully express its juicy and vibrant profile.
Viticultural notes
Grown organically on clay-limestone soils with small pebbles, this 100% Syrah reflects the diversity of three plots: Les Grappiats, Les Pichères, and Les Blâches. Certified HVE, the vineyard is managed with great respect for biodiversity and landscape. The northern Rhône terroir brings finesse and balance to the fruit.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet with purple hues, this wine opens with an expressive nose of blackcurrant and redcurrant. The palate is fruit-forward and generous, with refreshing acidity that brings energy to the whole. Light and juicy, it offers an easy-drinking style ideal for relaxed, social occasions.
Pairing notes
Serve slightly chilled, between 14°C and 16°C, to enhance its vibrant fruit. Best enjoyed young, it’s an ideal match for casual dining—think aperitif boards, summer barbecues, or picnics. Its supple, fruity nature makes it a perfect companion for easy, joyful moments.
