enough experience, that are seeking good value for money. Vinification: Soft stalk-stripping. Maceration-fermentation
for 10 days.

Tasting notes
Garnet red. Intense and persistent, fruity
(strawberry and black cherry) with a winy note and wood
flavour. Medium body, good tannins, balanced and ready
to drink.
Pairing notes
Excellent with all the typical courses of
Italian traditional cooking, with meat and baked fish.
