Winemaking notes

Vinification and Maturation: Vinification takes place after delicate crushing of the grapes. The must macerates on the skins for 1-2 weeks in order to favor the extraction of color and other polyphenolic substances

Viticultural notes

Production area: Tuscany Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 10%

Tasting notes

Light ruby-red. Fine, with scents of wild berry fruits and red flowers. Dry and fresh, with nice body and smooth tannins.

Pairing notes

It is excellent with pasta, light meat dishes and fresh cheese Serving temperature: Serve at 16°C.
