Grapes were harvested by hand in March, in 500 kg bins - Reception: destemming, pre-fermentative maceration - Fermentation: with selected yeast at controlled temperature - Natural malolactic fermentation
Viticultural notes
Vineyards are located in the district of Maipú, Mendoza. Grapes are grown in different soils and climates in Maipú, Mendoza. Cold winters, warm summers, cool nights and soils with little organic matter, irrigated with meltwater from the Andes, produce this wine of excellent quality.
Tasting notes
This juicy cabernet has wild red and black fruit aromas combined with hints of pepper. Ripe tannins and good structure, with fresh, balanced acidity.
Pairing notes
Wonderful pairing for a barbeque, hard cheeses or a rich pasta dish. Best served between 16-18 °C.
