Since reviving The GlenAllachie Distillery, Master Distiller Billy Walker has spent endless hours carefully analysing and monitoring the spirit within each and every cask slowly maturing in our 16 on-site warehouses. Once he determines that the spirit has met the perfect balance between wood and distillery influence, Billy proudly puts his name to every single bottle of GlenAllachie sold across the globe.

This single PX Sherry Puncheon was chosen and bottles for Co-op's Western Canadian Liquor retailers. There are 637 total bottles, bottled after 14 years at 60.2% ABV

Rich Mahogany. Waves of dark chocolate, plantains and sultanas, with pineapple and nutmeg. Dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, fused with sultanas, pineapple, orange peel and cinnamon.
