The whiskies started their journeys in a combination of American ex-Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks. Once expertly blended, the spirit was re-racked into specially selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Puncheons and American virgin oak casks for secondary maturation at The GlenAllachie Distillery.

Waves of heather honey and butterscotch, followed by orange peel, pineapple, mint and a hint of peat. Layers of treacle, heather honey and butterscotch, followed by orange peel, grapefruit and almonds, with mocha, ginger and a light whisp of peaty smoke on the finish.
