Winemaking notes

Sitting at 57 degrees north of the equator the Cairn Distillery opened its doors in 2022 after being built by independent bottler Gordon & Mcphail. Although the whiskies from the distillery still have time to go they have created a range of whiskies, the CRN57 range, that showcase what the future will look like. This blended malt showcases fresh aromas of vanilla, blueberry, gooseberry, apple and fresh citrus.
