The perfect introduction to our portfolio, our Discovery range has been created to provide an introduction to single malt whiskies from some of Scotland’s most admired distilleries. Each expression sits within one of the bold flavour profiles of ‘Sherry’, ‘Smoky’ or ‘Bourbon’, making these single malts ideal for the whisky-lover who enjoys exploration through flavour and character.

Peat smoke opens to reveal notes of maple cured meat, toffee, and baked apples. Seaside grasses aromas linger and finish in a gentle briny edge. Stewed fruits, sultanas, and currants with milk chocolate flabours combine with crème brulee. Sweet toffee is complemented by bursts of citrus and a smouldering bonfire ember edge. Lingering oak slowly fades to reveal soft hints of citrus.
