Winemaking notes
Harvested at night to preserve freshness, the Sauvignon Blanc is destemmed and undergoes cold skin maceration for 8 to 15 hours. Gentle pressing follows, then fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees for 4 months with regular stirring to enhance aromas. Carefully filtered before bottling.
Viticultural notes
Grown on south-facing clay-silica hillsides and silty-silica plateaus, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc expresses its terroir with finesse. The estate is certified High Environmental Value (HVE), reflecting a strong commitment to biodiversity and sustainable vineyard management practices.
Tasting notes
Pale color with green highlights. The nose is fresh and fruity, offering citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon. On the palate, the wine is round, vibrant, and floral, with a smooth texture. The finish is pleasantly fruity, making it an easy-drinking, refreshing white with great aromatic clarity.
Pairing notes
Enjoy young to capture its vibrant freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, fresh goat cheese, or Comté. Serve well-chilled, between 8–10°C, for a casual get-together or a relaxed gourmet moment with friends.
