Winemaking notes
The Port Cask Matured limited edition was aged for the full term
of its maturation in ruby port hogsheads. Casks were selected
from two contrasting ages, the youngest being 6 years old.
Viticultural notes

smoked meats to the natural maritime peat smoke and citrus

Tasting notes
Nose: Red berries and figs with citrus, cinnamon and smoked
paprika. Palate: Cooked strawberries, smoked meats, sweet tobacco and charcoal smoke. Finish: Warming with waves of fruity sweetnes and ashy smoke.
