Winemaking notes
Wine made by bleeding. In stainless steel vats until January, when the wine is bottled after fining.
Viticultural notes
Located largely in the Luberon regional park, equidistant from Avignon, Aix enProvence and Manosque. Average altitude of the vineyard 300 meters. Old alluvial deposits with flat or round pebbles, limestone marl, some so-called Luberon collar areas, i.e. stony and closer to clay, which are flows from the Alpine diluvium.
Tasting notes
Fresh and fruity, the Vieille Ferme Rosé presents all the arguments of an attractive rosé with its pretty pale pink color, with pastel reflections, its fresh and very aromatic nose. There is a delicate bouquet with notes of red fruits and flowers and citrus. Nice sweetness/acidity balance in the mouth. We find gourmet notes of fresh fruit with a beautiful persistence.
