Winemaking notes
Fermentation for 20 days with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months in barrels for one part and in cement vats for the other part.
Tasting notes
The aromas are elegant with notes of wild flowers, violets, roses, strawberries, cherries and plums. The mouth is round and drinkable on smooth and silky tannins. On the retro-olfaction, red fruits, leather and pepper harmonize on a mineral finish.
Pairing notes
Will go wonderfully with white meats such as pork or grilled meats. Also ideal with unaged cheeses.
