Winemaking notes
The grapes are hand-harvested and cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Only free-run juice is used for the Chenin Blanc. A few months of lees contact enhance the wine’s texture. It remains unoaked, then fined and filtered before bottling under screwcap, preserving freshness and aromatic purity.
Viticultural notes
Blend of 58% Chenin Blanc, 21% Viognier, and 21% Roussanne. Chenin and Viognier come from dry-land bush vines grown on shale soils in the Agter-Paarl region, while the Roussanne is sourced from cooler vineyards in Stellenbosch. This combination delivers aromatic intensity, freshness, and complexity.
Tasting notes
Pale straw color with light green hues. The nose opens with tropical fruit, lychee, pear, and floral violet notes. On the palate, pineapple, melon, and passion fruit dominate. The texture is creamy yet fresh, leading to a well-balanced, vibrant, and refreshing finish.
Pairing notes
Serve well-chilled, between 8–10 °C (46–50 °F). Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, white meats, fresh salads, or soft cheeses. With its balance of richness and vibrancy, it suits both refined gastronomy and casual dining occasions.
