Winemaking notes
Mas Jullien Blanc is carefully crafted from Carignan Blanc, Chenin, and a few complementary varieties. Fermentation takes place in barrels or demi-muids, followed by extended aging on the lees, which brings structure and complexity. This approach gives the wine a silky texture and a harmonious balance, fully expressing the finesse of its terroir.
Viticultural notes
Mas Jullien’s vines grow on diverse soils, mainly clay-limestone with patches of sandstone and sand. Cultivated with respect for nature and hand-harvested to preserve their integrity, the grapes are concentrated and full of character. This meticulous approach ensures quality and reflects the true personality of the terroir.
Tasting notes
The nose reveals floral and mineral aromas with subtle toasted hints. On the palate, it is broad and persistent, with balanced freshness and a long, delicate finish. This white wine stands out for its elegance and ability to showcase the richness and subtlety of its grapes, offering a refined and pleasurable tasting experience.
Pairing notes
Serve chilled at 10–12?°C for optimal aromatic expression, ideally after a short decanting. Mas Jullien Blanc pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood, poultry, or soft cheeses. Its finesse and freshness make it an elegant companion for gourmet meals, bringing harmony and sophistication to every tasting.
