Ageing: In 600-litre demi-muids for 16 months.
Viticultural notes
The terroir of this place is located on a balcony of limestone scree overlooking the village of Saint Privat at 400 meters above sea level.
Tasting notes
A wine with complex notes of fruit (cherries) and flowers complemented by notes of garrigue and spices. A powerful, voluminous, fresh and very dynamic palate. Long finish on a subtle aging and very soft tannins.
