Modello Prosecco Rosé

The two varietals are picked at optimal ripeness, then softly pressed and quickly separated from skins. Following initial fermentation, the Martinotti or Charmat method is applied and the wine is refermented at low temperature on its lees for 3 months.

85% Glera, 15% Pinot Nero from alluvial terrain, mainly clay-limestone. Rich in minerals and micro-elements which enable the cultivation of grapes which lend themselves well to the production of sparkling wines.

Onion peel in colour, it has a lively froth and a fine perlage. On the nose it gives elegant fruity notes, with notes of rose and red berries. Full and round in the mouth, it has good freshness with a dry finish.

Besides being an excellent aperitif, this spumante can be happily matched with all fish dishes such as salmon, shellfish, and also with white meats.
