Serego Alighieri BellOvile 2020

Born among the Tuscan hills of Cinigiano in Poderi BellOvile, this wine marks the return of Dante’s descendants to their native region. Respect for organic production methods has yielded a superb red wine with a rich bouquet of berries and licorice notes.

Look deep ruby red with violet reflections. Nose strong berry fruit and liquorice. Palate firm and richly fruity, but soft and well-balanced at the same time. Plums and sweet spices. Delicate with a long finish. Potential for medium to long ageing.

A big wine, but very versatile at table thanks to its extreme softness. Goes well with pasta dishes with meat sauce, roast and grilled meat, especially lamb.
