Winemaking notes
00% Pinot Grigio from the vineyards of the Adige Valley, DOC Valdadige. Harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pneumatically pressed. Low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the full freshness, minerality and aromatic intensity characteristic of this alpine white. Early bottling maintains the wine's vivacity and purity throughout.
Viticultural notes
100% Pinot Grigio from the DOC Valdadige appellation, in the heart of the Adige Valley, Trentino. The historic Bossi Fedrigotti estate, in the family since the 18th century and today a partner of Masi Agricola, benefits from a cool alpine microclimate and wide diurnal temperature shifts, ideal conditions for producing aromatic, mineral-driven whites.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with golden highlights. The nose is intense and elegant: crisp apple and white flower notes unfold with freshness and clarity. The palate is rich in character and structure, with easy, vibrant drinkability supported by lively acidity and citrus notes on the finish. A wine of great alpine purity, fresh, mineral and thirst-quenching.
Pairing notes
Serve very cold at 10 °C. An excellent aperitif wine alongside light summer appetizers and contemporary cuisine. Pairs beautifully with fish soup, grilled river and lake fish, white meats and fresh alpine cheeses. Best enjoyed within 2 years to fully appreciate its freshness and vivacity.
