Winemaking notes
Since 1887, Famille G.Vigouroux has dedicated itself to its passion for the vine and Malbec. Representing the fourth generation of the family, Bertrand-Gabriel Vigouroux aims to perpetuate the achievements of his predecessors while instilling his own vision and a collective dynamic - that of a whole team and family. Often cited among the leading French winemakers and named "Best Malbec Winemaker in the World" in 2024 by TheDrinksBusiness.
Viticultural notes
Estates planted in the northern and southern regions of Occitanie. The different macro climates enrich the blend with complementary expressions of Malbec. All vineyards are managed sustainably and are certified HVE3. Harvested early in the morning and directly pressed to preserve the freshness of the aromas and minimize juice contact. Fermentation at low temperature. Aged on lees until January.
Tasting notes
This rosé has a pale color with violet highlights. Its intensity is remarkable on the nose, with aromas of sour cherries and rose petals. On the palate, flavors of red fruits, particularly redcurrant, combine with a lovely liveliness, finishing on a pure and persistent note.
Pairing notes
A fresh and fruity rosé wine. Enjoy as an aperitif or with summer salads and light seafood dishes.
