Winemaking notes
Distilled with Demerara Distiller’s Continuous Coffey Still, which produces some of the most unique rums available. Produced from its original recipe in Guyana, which in the past would have been shipped to England to mature in the London Docks, hence the name London Dock Rum. An old style Demerara rum aged in Guyana for two years, and blended at 40% or 70 British Proof.
Viticultural notes
A tropical paradise, known for waterfalls, jaguars and beaches. In Guyana is also the home of Demerara county which is known for rum. With a tradition of quality over 300 years old.
Tasting notes
It has a strong aroma of molasses and burnt caramel punctuated by hints of citrus, banana peel, vanilla and baking spices.

Ideal for mixing or enjoying straight.
