Distilled with Demerara Distiller’s Continuous Coffey Still, which produces some of the most unique rums available. Produced from its original recipe in Guyana, which in the past would have been shipped to England to mature in the London Docks, hence the name London Dock Rum. An old style Demerara rum aged in Guyana for two years and blended at 57.1% or 100 British Proof.
