Chardonnay

The wine making process is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation at a low temperature with selected yeasts complete this process, achieving a very fruity fresh wine. A percentage of this wine (40%) is fermented in American Oak barrel for 2 months, to give a touch of oak.

This fine wine is produced using grapes grown in our own estate located in Las Barrancas, Maipú. This zone is considered one of the best wine- growing areas in Mendoza, well known for its climate and soil.

Lots of ripe green apples, pineapple and mango fruit here, with fresh, racy acidity harnessing it all together. Judicious toast, and a nice lengthy finish. Easy drinking wine for its strong varietal character and a soft touch of oak.
