Rosé

Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, Semillon, Rolle. Direct pressing, cold alcoholic fermentation, vinification and maturation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Aged for several weeks on fine lees.

Luminous pale eau-de-rose color with hints of peach and melon. The nose is expressive, with notes of raspberry, tangy wild berries and white flowers. The attack is frank and elegant. the harmony of the grape varieties expresses itself on the palate with citrus notes, followed by a beautiful tension that accompanies the wine throughout its length.

Perfect as a pairing for a sea bass tartare marinated with citrus or exotic fruits like Yuzu. Alternatively, try it with a chicken supreme enhanced with Espelette chilli pepper and a Summer salad.
