Viticultural notes
The 420 hectares of the estate, carefully maintained and rich in Mediterranean scents, surround the 50 hectares of A O C vines spread out in a clearing and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The permeability of the vine to its environment explains the importance of the fragrances perceived in the wines.
Tasting notes
Luminous colour, pale gold. Fine and delicate nose, with notes of hawthorn, candied pineapple, associated with a fine aroma of toasted hazelnuts. The palate is fresh, round with fat and greedy with lemon and honey notes. It offers a nice aromatic length and a delicate woodiness for a subtly spicy finish.
