Winemaking notes
Aged in French oak barrels of 225 and 600 litres, chosen from the best coopers 8 to 9 months. Traditional winemaking.
Viticultural notes
The 420 hectares of the estate, carefully maintained and rich in Mediterranean scents, surround the 50 hectares of A O C vines spread out in a clearing and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The permeability of the vine to its environment explains the importance of the fragrances perceived in the wines.
Tasting notes
The Cuvée Henry Lapierre is made from the Mourvèdre and Syrah grape varieties. It is accompanied by a discreet and noble woodiness The colour is an intense purple.
