Winemaking notes
Hand-picked and placed in small crates. Gentle and light pressing. Settling of the must, aging in stainless steel vats with integrated temperature control.
Viticultural notes
Vineyards located in the oldest areas of Castelli di Jesi, 100 meters above sea level, with sandy soil. 5,000 vines per hectare. Cordon pruning. First vintage: 2005.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow color with green hues. On the nose, floral aromas of honey and fruits such as apple and peach with notes of freshly cut grass. Remarkably fresh on the palate, with the same aromas found on the nose, good structure, and a lingering finish.
Pairing notes
Pairs well with tomato and basil salads, sushi, or a seafood platter.
