100 % Sangiovese is used. 100% whole cluster is pressed using native yeast to promote fermentation. 3 months aged on lees (in stainless steel tanks) to maintain optimal freshness.

(72%) of the harvest is from Art Den Hoed located in lower Yakima Valley, this site is unique because it sits at 1300 ft. in elevation, making it one of the cooler vineyards in the area with excellent air drainage. The remaining (28%) of the harvest is from Fox Vineyard located on the Wahluke Slope, this site is made up of two distinct types of soils. The first being loamy, fine sand deposited by ancient glacial floods. The other half is made up of pre-ancient soils of caliche and basalt.

A medium gold and salmon colour which offers a vibrant, strawberry and cherry-scented bouquet as well as a rounded, supple, nicely textured style. The acidity is balanced with a fleshy, textured, salty style on the palate.

Enjoy with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish. Diverse enough to be paired with grilled fish and goats' cheeses.
