Winemaking notes
Made from 100% Tequilana Weber Blue Agave with designation of origin. The agave is cooked in masonry ovens concentrating the sugars of the agave giving it an artisanal flavor during fermentation. The weet and fruity notes are obtained during the fermentation process. A double distillation in copper stills resulting in intense agave notes.
