Modello Prosecco

From the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The main grape training system used is the Guyot and Sylvoz.

Mainly sourced from the Stra’ del Milione estate. The proximity to the Adriatic Sea and the winds from the Bora of the Gulf of Trieste help to moderate the climate and limit the humidity in the vineyard. The Dolomites also have an influence on the climate, protecting the vineyards from northern currents. Nothing is left to chance: even the regularization of water benefits from the richness of the pure water from the area.

A harmonious and elegant sparkling wine with great softness, freshness and notes of apple, pear, apricot and white flowers.

A great aperitif that goes well with seafood, vegetarian dishes and with fresh cheeses.
