Viticultural notes

Gavi Palas 2024 is made from hand-picked grapes, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep all that freshness. It matures on its lees for at least three months, which gives it a bit more body and complexity.

Tasting notes

Floral and fruity, very fine with nots of exotic fruits and white peach. Harmonious, elegant with great fragrance and a pleasing roundness.

Pairing notes

Very versatile, it is perfect, as well as throughout the meal, for an aperitif, where it is undoubtedly a winning choice. It goes well with fish dishes, even raw ones. To die for with peppers and anchovies.
